CrossRoads Youth and Family Services Emergency Shelter purpose is to protect the well-being of the child, enhance the child’s functional abilities in a substitute care setting, and prepare the child for his/her permanency planning goal, by providing the following:

Routine child care which ensures the health and safety of the child . 

bullet

Appropriate educational, recreational and vocational activities.

bullet

Behavior management, diagnostic services and medically necessary health care services.
